HMCS Regina
Commissioned: 22 Jan 1942
While employed as an escort to UK-Mediterranean convoys, she sank the Italian submarine Avorio on 8 Feb 1943. She was torpedoed and sunk on 8 Aug 1944 by U667. 30 of her crew were lost.
